Low-carb, keto-friendly, and perfect for those following the Trim Healthy Mama plan.

I’m a big fan of hot cocoa and having a quick and easy mix ready to enjoy in minutes is an absolute game-changer.

 

Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix Recipe:

- 2 cups low-fat powdered milk

- 1/2 teaspoon Celtic salt

- 1 1/2 cups powdered sweetener (I recommend Truvia)

- 3/4 cup cocoa powder

 

For best results, sift the powdered milk, sweetener, cocoa, and salt together before mixing. While sifting isn't required, it helps the mix dissolve more smoothly. Once combined, store in an airtight jar to keep it fresh. Enjoy!

 

 

How to Make the Perfect Glass of Hot Cocoa

6-8 oz of hot water

1/2 tablespoon of heavy cream

Top it off with whipped cream

Sip and enjoy!
