Hi everyone! Daniel and I follow the Trim Healthy Mama eating program, and we absolutely love it! I know some of you might not be familiar with it, so let me break it down for you. The program includes delicious "S" meals, which stand for Satisfying—they're packed with healthy proteins, fats, and veggies. Then there are "E" meals, or Energizing meals, which focus on carbs with lower fat content. There's also "FP," or Fuel Pull, which is a versatile option that works well with both "S" and "E" meals or can stand alone. It's a fantastic way to stay balanced and enjoy tasty, wholesome foods!
