My Favorite Desserts
My favorite desserts to make and share are
Trim Healthy Mama program desserts,
especially cheesecake! These recipes are
designed to be both delicious and nutritious,
perfectly aligning with a healthy lifestyle.
This is a "S" dessert on the THM.
Recipe:
2 cups almond flour
3 T no calorie sweetener
1/3 c melted butter
Combine the ingredients and press them evenly into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
For a baked crust, preheat your oven to 350°F, bake for 10-15 minutes, and allow it to cool completely before using.
Filling:
2 8oz cream cheese
1 c powdered no calorie sweetener
1/2 c sour cream
3/4 c heavy cream
1 t vanilla
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, vanilla, and sweetener until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the sour cream and heavy cream, mixing until the consistency is smooth and pudding-like.
Pour the mixture over the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
