Super Greens are incredibly nutritious and surprisingly easy to incorporate into your routine. I started with four bags of spinach and two containers of spring salad mix; all conveniently sourced from Aldi.
First, I used my dehydrator to dry the greens. As each batch finished, I stored them in a Ziplock bag until all the greens were completely dehydrated.
After dehydrating the greens, I used my food processor to grind them into a fine powder. I then transferred the powder into a glass container for storage.
