Asia Chicken Cabbage
1 lbs. ground chicken lean
1 medium to large onion
1 bag of Cole slaw
sweetener to taste
1 T Nutritional yeast
1t salt
1t paprika
1 t onion powder
1-11/4 t garlic powder
1/4 ground cumin
black pepper to taste
1t sesame seed oil
1 t sesame seeds
Heat a large frying pan over high heat and add a teaspoon of bacon grease or your preferred cooking oil. Once the pan is hot, toss in the chopped onion and sauté until softened and lightly browned for added flavor.
Next, add the lean ground chicken to the pan and cook until it begins to brown. As it cooks, stir in the sweetener, seasonings, and spices to enhance the flavor.
Fold in the cabbage and mix well with the chicken. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover the pan, reduce the heat to low, and cook for a few minutes until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp. Avoid overcooking to preserve its texture.
